Until Friday, August 25, the declarations must have been submitted OSDE 2023 (Integrated system of management and control) according to a circular issued by the Organization for Payments and Control of Community Aid Guidance and Guarantees.

As emphasized by OKAYexcept in cases of force majeure and exceptional circumstances submission after said deadline:

  1. of the single aid application implies a reduction of the amounts by 1% per working day that the operator would have been entitled to receive as aid if the application had been submitted on time,
  2. of the application for granting or increasing the value of the aid rights entails a reduction by 3% per working day of the amounts to be paid in respect of aid rights granted and/or increasing in value in 2023 to the beneficiary.

It is pointed out that the above penalties they do not bring about any reduction in the number of rights of the single aid held by the farmer, but only in the entitled amounts.

In the event of a delay of more than 25 calendar days (ie submission of the application after Tuesday 19/9/2023), the application is considered inadmissible.

As noted, the farmer can submit his application online, either himself, or with the assistance of the certified Declaration Reception Centers (CDCs) on the platform available at gov.grusing the Taxisnet personal codes.
