HEDNO has launched a new free telephone line for customer service and damage reporting. This is the number 800 400 4000 that operates around the clock and receives free calls from both mobile and landline phones.

It is reminded that in addition to the telephone service, citizens have the opportunity through www.deddie.gr to process a very wide range of their requests, for example from a request for a meter check, to a new connection and a request for a night meter. For their convenience, they can complete their requests faster with the guidance of the digital assistant (chat bot).

In addition, to report a fault, in addition to the relevant application on the site, citizens can download the HEDNO mobile app (for iOS and Android) and register their fault from their mobile phone, within a few minutes.
