In Rhodes the fire is in remission. On the western side, operations continue in the hearths at Asklipieio and Laerma. Eastern side, the picture is better, while operations continue south on Apollos-Stephanias towards Malonas. They operate a CL-415 and 3 Tractors.

There is moderate optimism about the fire on the island according to John Baker representative of the Fire Brigade who speaking to 100.3 reported that there is a small active front towards the Laerma in western Rhodes, for which, however, he did not hide his concern because of the strong winds.

The rest of the fronts have been brought under control, specifically in Eastern Rhodes to Lindos, Kiotari and Embona.

In the Material the fire has been contained.

In Karysto the fire is moving south where ground forces are operating. In the evening, a zone was opened with earthworks towards Platanistos, but it still has an active front. They operate a CL-215 and 2 CL-415s, and an E/P will also be sent.
