Additional TUI flights to repatriate German and British tourists from Rhodes – Another TUI flight will take Danish tourists back to Billund
THE TUI groupEurope’s largest travel agency, announced that on Sunday, it had approximately 39,000 visitors on the island, of which 7,800 were affected from the big fires.
As specified, they have been transferred to other locations on the island and are staying in hotels or accommodation designated by the local authorities.
As the group announced on Monday, it will make available six additional aircraft for the repatriation of German and British tourists from Rhodes. Another TUI flight will take Danish tourists back to Billund..
“Additional flights have already taken place and are planned, we are informing our customers and organizing all the necessary steps,” said Thomas Ellerberk, member of the TUI executive committee.
