An end to the queues and the suffering of the citizens at the Land Registry Officesaims to put the digital platform whose operation starts today for the issuance of a priority number at the Land Registry Office of Athens, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Digital Governance and the Hellenic Land Registry.

The new platform for the issuance of a priority number, it is now the only way to serve citizens for their transactions with the Land Registry Offices that have it, putting an end to the third-world situation with handwritten lists and “professional” ticket brokers. The citizen will receive the priority number on his mobile phone and will be able to monitor the progress of the wait at any time through the platform, in order to schedule his presence at the service without requiring a long wait.

All citizens have access to the service through ktimatologio.gov.gr, by selecting: “Issue priority number for service in CG”, using the personal taxisnet codes of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance.

The services for which the priority number will be required to be issued by the applicant to the Land Office are the following:

Category A: Submission of applications for registration of registrable deeds and granting of certificates and copies that are not issued electronically.

Category B: Receipt of certificates, extracts and copies.

Category C: Bailiff. This category includes the filing of applications for the registration of pledge contracts of Law 2844/2000 as well as the issuance and granting of copies of the contract or its annexes.
