The almost 500 citizens who came to the Athens land office for their transactions from last Monday August 28th until Friday September 1st were served without queues and inconvenience, as they used the new platform to issue a priority number.

Most applications concern category A: i.e. submission of applications for the registration of registrable deeds and the granting of certificates and copies that are not issued electronically.

In fact, according to the Ministry of Digital Governance, receiving a priority number through the platform in a very short time it will also apply to the Land Registry Offices of Attica (based in Koropi) and Piraeus and Islands (based in Piraeus).

It is recalled that the citizen receives the priority number on his mobile phone and can monitor the progress of the wait at any time through the platform, in order to schedule his presence at the service without requiring a long wait.

All citizens have access to the service through ktimatologio.gov.gr, by selecting: “Issue priority number for service in CG”, using the personal taxisnet codes of the General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance.

The services for which the priority number will be required to be issued by the applicant to the Land Office are the following:

Category A: Submission of applications for the registration of registrable deeds and the granting of certificates and copies that are not issued electronically.

Category B: Receipt of certificates, extracts and copies.

Category C: Bailiff. This category includes the filing of applications for the registration of pledge contracts of Law 2844/2000 as well as the issuance and granting of copies of the contract or its annexes.

-The possibility of issuing a priority number through the platform will be given, for the next day, from 15:00 of the previous day to 11:30 of the same day.

-Each citizen/professional who comes to the Land Office for their services should have been issued an electronic priority number, either acting in person for their own case, or having the status of an authorized person to act on behalf of another person who has given them the relevant authorization.

-The maximum allowed number of active priority numbers per citizen – TIN for each Land Office is 4 per working day.

– Citizens who come with priority numbers that are not active or that have not been issued to their own details, will not be able to be served.

– The person who has issued a priority number, upon arrival at the land office, must present the necessary identification documents, authorization if acting on behalf of someone else, as well as the priority number.

– Every citizen who has issued a priority number and does not intend to come to the Land Registry Office, must cancel it in time.
