A case file was opened against four individuals for – as the case may be – attempted murder, affray, dangerous bodily harm and violation of the Weapons Act
EL.AS issued a statement regarding the bloody fight that took place last Friday, September 1st in Haidari. As noted in the announcement, the local Security Department filed a case file against four people (53-year-old, 20-year-old, 49-year-old and 21-year-old) for – as the case may be – attempted murder, fight, dangerous bodily harm and violation of the weapons law.
A foreigner who is wanted is a co-accused in the case.
In particular, according to ELAS, last Friday afternoon, they went to a gambling shop in Haidari, following a call to the ‘Immediate Action’ center regarding a fight between people, where the above accused were found.
As it was established, the 20-year-old and the 21-year-old had injuries from a sharp object in different parts of their bodies and were taken to a hospital.
During the autopsy at the place where the fight took place, as was known by the Police, a knife and a leather dog leash were found and confiscated.
As noted in the announcement, the circumstances under which the fight between the defendants took place, as well as the motive for the attack, are being investigated.
The arrested (apart from the 21-year-old who is still hospitalized), with the case filed against them, were taken to the competent prosecutor and referred to an investigator.
