Two of the four young Palestinians went to prison at noon on Mondaywho were reported by a 27-year-old Somali man for gang rape, illegal video recording and also that they had withheld personal documents from him and blackmailed him.

The two young Palestinians denied the allegations, claiming they never abused him and videotaped him.

In fact, someone made the claim that the Somali probably made the complaint in order to protect himself from the Law and get asylum.

According to information, the allegations of the two defendants were not sufficient to secure their freedom at this stage.

Both, with the consent of the Prosecutor and Investigator they were adjudged temporary prisoners.

It is worth noting that in an investigation carried out on one of the defendants, service document of the 27-year-old Somali was indeed foundwhich the accused could not sufficiently and convincingly justify, that the complainant’s document was found on him.

Finally, it should be mentioned that the complaint concerned two other Palestinians, against whom arrest warrants have been issued and are expected to be executed immediately.
