Mr. Kikilias announced during the interview that the Army will immediately restore the bridge that collapsed between Kalai Nera and Koropi in South Pelion.
As the minister noted, the Civil Protection had sent relevant warnings and instructions to the Regions and Municipalities on September 1, based on the meteorological forecasts.
According to Mr. Kikilia, in the wider area of ​​Thessaly and Sterea, 158 vehicles, 360 firefighters, the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 7th and 8th EMAK are operating, 552 pumping operations have been carried out, 172 rescue operations from which 417 of our fellow citizens have been saved, while 14 messages are sent from 112.
Mr. Kikilias called on everyone to follow the instructions of the authorities for the next 24 hours, he noted that the bad weather will last until tomorrow night, while the phenomena, as he mentioned, will partially affect Attica as well.
