It is extended until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 the free passage of all vehicles through the toll on the E65 motorway and the section of the Aegean Motorway from Nice to the Malia Gulf, including the side tolls in the area in question, by order of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Christos Staikouras and the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, responsible for Infrastructure, Nikos Tahiaou .
Also, in order to facilitate traffic due to the effects of the bad weather “Daniel”, the free passage of the toll for vehicles over 3.5 tons on the Rio-Antirio Bridge is extended for the same period “Charilaos Trikoupis”, on the Egnatia Road toll road between Thessaloniki and the intersection with Ionia Road and along Ionia Road, regardless of direction.
The concessionaires must keep a file with a detailed recording of the crossings.
The cost will be borne by the State, pursuant to the Concession Agreements, while a new update will follow if any extension of this extraordinary measure is required.
