Professor apologizes to Roberto Justus and says that guillotine was metaphor

Professor Marcos Dantas, retired professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, retracted with Roberto Justus after being threatened by the process by the businessman.

Dantas would have written on the social network x the comment “Only Guillotina” in a photo of the youngest daughter of Justus, five years old, sporting a luxurious minibolsa of $ 15,000. After the repercussion of the episode, the teacher wrote: “It was to be and remains a simple metaphor.”

“A symbolic reference to a dramatic, even tragic event that has forever marked the history of humanity: the French Revolution. What is the cause of this revolution? A reality of profound social inequality, feeding political radicalism,” wrote the professor.

“Mr. Justus, not even passing through my mind to make any personal threat to the Lord, his wife or his daughter. At 77 years old and life, fortunately without reason for complexes or resentments, I know very well, political and ethically, that we will not solve our serious social problems that the Lord certainly does not ignore, through social violence, much less individual,” he continued from Dantas.

“I repeat: it didn’t go through my head threaten your family. But if, by the work of these uncontrollable internet factors, the post has come to him and caused him so many and understandable concerns, I sincerely ask me to be sorry,” he concluded.

Class struggle

In his position, Justus, next to his wife, Ana Paula Siebert, blamed the “class struggle” by the wave of hatred on the internet. “It’s not wanting the other not to have you will have,” he said.

“This class struggle in which Brazil is becoming … Every society has the upper class, the middle class and the low class. We, businessmen, do our best to generate the opportunity for this social imbalance to be resolved. It is not our fault if we go after, if we fight, if we get things,” said Justus.
