Two herds went crazy with joy when they “invaded” a greenhouse outside Almyros Volos, where a farmer grows… medicinal cannabis. The animals ate a large amount of the opium plant, which exceeds 300 kilograms, and according to the testimony of the farmer, they began to jump higher than the goats.

“I’m very well, but better are the sheep, full of madness and…ribbon. They see everything as beautiful,” said the owner of the medicinal cannabis cultivation, Yiannis Bourounis, jokingly on Status FM 107.7 Thessaloniki, and on the show Tade Efi…Aris.

“We are the largest greenhouse cannabis facility in Central and Eastern Europe. We lost 80% of our production to the floods. While we were trying to save everything we could, we suddenly see sheep and goats grazing normally inside the greenhouse. They found the poor greens to eat because all the rest of their food was destroyed, they really like hemp and hash and greens. Animals pass it by. The problem was how to chase them away from the crop, because they weren’t leaving with anything. The sheep jumped higher than the goats and that never happens. Logical since they ate about 300 kilos”, concluded Mr. Bourounis.
