They were immediately called to check with the minor not complying with the instructions and running away, until he was stopped nearby.
A military type rifle was found and collected inside the bag “KALASHNIKOV” with 3 magazines and 140 cartridges.
Subsequently, the subjects were arrested and taken to the T.A. Agios Panteleimonas, which was ordered to investigate the case.
A case was filed against a 33-year-old local woman and a 17-year-old foreigner for violation of weapons legislation by the Agios Panteleimon Security Department of the Athens Security Sub-Directorate.
Those arrested were taken to the Athens First Instance Prosecutor.
