15 have been arrested for the fan fight with two injured, which took place yesterday afternoon, in eastern Thessaloniki (Voulgari area).
EL.AS announced that it had arrested two more people, a 30-year-old and an 18-year-old, while the involvement of a 21-year-old youth, who is wanted in connection with the carjacking, was also identified.
Among those arrested (aged 16-37) are the two wounded who are still being treated under guard at the Papanikolaou Hospital.
The Directorate for Combating Sports Violence of Thessaloniki filed a case against everyone for the -as the case may be- the following acts: violation of the Sports Law, fight, grievous bodily harm, dangerous bodily harm jointly, attempted dangerous bodily harm jointly, disturbance of public peace jointly , violence against officials and judicial persons (resistance), violation of legislation regarding weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices.
Twelve motorcycle helmets, five crowbars, eight crowbars, as well as a fire extinguisher, an iron chain and a metal object were confiscated from the scene of the fight.
The arrested – except for the two injured – are being taken to the criminal prosecution prosecutor of Thessaloniki.
