Damages in the Emergency Department at the hospital of Agrinio, according to information, were caused by a patient who displayed aggressive behavior.

According to agriniopress.gr, the incident reportedly occurred in the afternoon and there are no reports of injuries.

However, on the occasion of yet another violent episode at the Agrinio nursing facility, the rescuer Giorgos Karageorgos, known for his public interventions, proceeded with a post where, among other things, he talks about images that “are the clear answer to why we will never become human us and the reasonable question, which worker deserves to work under these conditions”.

It specifically writes:

“No, these images are not from a hospital in the Gaza Stripis from a general hospital in Greece.
These images are not from a country where there is war, they are from a “peaceful” hospital in our country.
These are not pictures after an earthquake, they are another shift in the Emergency Department of the Agrinio Hospital..

It is a situation that captives (and by many) are often called upon to deal with. useless security guards, health workers, nurses, doctors, paramedics.

It’s the daily wage of terror, it’s that condition where you go for a shift and you don’t know if you will return home safe or if you will be taken up for treatment in the clinic, it is the thank you to the emergency workers, for what they do for the citizens who need them with self-sacrifice, transcendence and honor, many times!
