The Three-member Criminal Appeal Court of Thessaloniki rejected the defendant’s request for an adjournment of the trial, due to a change of counsel and decided that the case will be heard early tomorrow morning.

Unlucky Emma was dragged away by the car driven by a 27-year-old man Albanian with a 19-year-old co-driver, on Egnatia Street, at the height of Kamara.
