The decision concerns businesses and natural persons affected by the heavy rains, floods and landslides
Enforcement actions on movable or immovable property for natural persons and businesses affected by the heavy rains, floods and landslides of September in the Region of Thessaly are suspended for six months by the decision of the Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis, which was published in the Gazette of the Government (Official Gazette B’ 6444/10.11.2023).
The decision provides for the suspension until March 4, 2024 of the conduct of auctions, confiscations, removals and personal reservations, as well as the deadlines for exercising remedies and aids related to pending enforcement proceedings.
Beneficiaries of the suspension are businesses that are certified as affected by a certificate from the Region of Thessaly and are included in the framework of state aid to affected businesses, as well as natural persons, who are certified to have suffered damage to their homes, in the context of their inclusion in the provision scheme housing assistance and compensation for household goods.

on September 4, 2023, in the areas of the Larissa Regional Unit of the Region of Thessaly, as well as in the Municipalities of Farsala, Tempo, Kilelere and Agia that have already been declared in a state of civil protection emergency due to flooding phenomena,
on September 6, 2023, in the areas of the Larissa Regional Unit of the Region of Thessaly,
on September 4, 2023, in the areas of the Regional Unit of Magnesia and Sporades of the Region of Thessaly as well as in the remaining areas of the Regional Unit of Magnesia and Sporades which have already been declared in a state of civil protection emergency due to flooding phenomena,
on September 4, 2023, in the areas of the Regional Unit of Karditsa of the Region of Thessaly as well as in the remaining areas of the Regional Unit of Karditsa that are already declared in a state of civil protection emergency due to flooding phenomena,
on September 4, 2023, in the areas of the Trikala Regional Unit of the Region of Thessaly, as well as in the other areas of the Trikala Regional Unit which have already been declared in a state of civil protection emergency due to flooding phenomena.
