The searches carried out at the houses of the defendants resulted in the discovery of quantities of different types of narcotics
In the arrest of a 22-year-old foreigner and a 36-year-old Greek in the area ofSaint Panteleimon proceeded on Wednesday police officers of the DIAS Group after using information about their action in drug trafficking in the area.
The two men were then taken to Safety department of Agios Panteleimon, where a case file was filed against them – as the case may be – for violating the legislation on addictive substances and on weapons.
According to the police, the searches carried out at the houses of the accused resulted in the finding of quantities of different types of narcotics, certifying their criminal activity.
In total, they seized:
* 23 improvised packages ready for marketing, which contained a total of 11 grams. cocaine
* 2 kg and 111 g. raw hemp, distributed in packages
* 79 grams cannabis (chocolate)
* carbine
* the sum of 1,260 euros
* 2 precision scales and
* a number of nylon packages for dividing the quantities, suitable for handling.
The arrested were taken to the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens.
