The competent audit services (EL.AS, Coast Guard, EAD, DIMEA, SEPE, Regions and Municipal Police) carried out on Friday 04.02.2022 a total of 63,396 inspections and recorded 408 cases of violation of measures epidemiological alert.
In total, fines amounting to € 119,150 and a suspension of operation of fifteen (15) days were imposed on a total of four (4) companies.
The Greek Police was in charge of the main volume of inspections

2.Do not post in document or digitally the maximum number of consumers allowed inside the store

4.Customer service indoors and outdoors of health care stores without having a certificate of vaccination or disease or diagnostic test for covid 19

Region of Attica
The E.A.D. imposed an (1) administrative fine of € 5,000 and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation in a store of health interest for violation of a ban on standing customers, non-compliance with avoidance of overcrowding and table seating distances. In addition, one (1) administrative fine of € 300 was imposed for non-compliance with the obligation to post in writing or digitally the rules of operation of the company, including the maximum number of people allowed to be inside the store / business.
EL.AS proceeded to one (1) arrest of the temporarily responsible company, imposed an administrative fine of 2,000 € and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation, for customer service without the necessary certificate of vaccination or illness. In addition, an administrative fine of € 300 was imposed on this customer.
EL.AS imposed an administrative fine of 5,000 € on a store of health interest and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation, for customer service without the necessary certificate of vaccination or illness. In addition, an administrative fine of € 300 was imposed on this customer.
Region of western Macedonia
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of 600 € (2×300 €) on passengers of Public Transport, for deprivation of the necessary certificates of vaccination or illness.
Epirus Region
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of € 5,000 and fifteen (15) days suspension of operation in a store of health interest, for serving standing customers.
Thessaly Region
The E.A.D. imposed one (1) administrative fine of € 300 on a company for not using a mask by an employee of the company. In addition, the employee of the company was imposed one (1) administrative fine of € 300 for not using a mask.
EL.AS. imposed an administrative fine of a total amount of 900 € (3×300 €) on bus passengers, for deprivation of the necessary certificates of vaccination or illness.
The Coast Guard carried out 4,544 inspections which did not reveal any violations.
The ladders of E.A.D. carried out inspections in sixty two (62) objects, recorded three (3) infringements and imposed three (3) administrative fines totaling € 5,600 (€ 1×5,000 + € 1×300 + € 1×300) and fifteen days of suspension (1×15 days).
The ladders of EAD checked one hundred and sixty eight (168) natural persons for mask use and observance of distances and one (1) administrative fine of a total value of € 300 (€ 1×300) was imposed for non-use of mask. In addition, in pure areas exclusively for vaccinated or sick, the relevant certificates of eight hundred twenty-nine (829) natural persons were checked through the special application of article 33 of law 4816/2021 (AD 118) Covid (total of 997 natural persons).
EL.AS proceeded to one (1) arrest for violations related to the special operating conditions of the companies.

The audits continue throughout the territory with the main goal of ensuring the implementation of the special operating conditions of the companies and focusing on the areas of high commercial interest. At the same time, the controls are in progress regarding the implementation of the measures for the obligation of vaccination in health structures and welfare structures, in addition, intensive controls are carried out for the possession and verification of the vaccination / disease / diagnostic certificates.
