As announced, the ceremony took place at the premises of the School in the “Captain Doctor Fokas” camp, under the patronage of the archimandrite of the Holy Metropolis of Thessaloniki, Fr.
In attendance were, among others, the Rector of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Professor Dimitrios Kovaios, the Deputy Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic of Cyprus in Thessaloniki, Georgia Pastellis-Pantelidou, as a representative of the Consul General Konstantinos Polykarpou, the Commander of the SSAS, Major General Theodoros Athanasopoulos and commander of the Supreme Interbranch School of War (ADISPO), lieutenant general (I) Alexandros Kefalas, representatives of the Security Forces, active and retired officers, as well as the relatives of the sworn first-year students.
A total of 143 first-year students of the Medical, Veterinary, Legal, Dental, Economic, Pharmaceutical and Psychological departments were sworn in, of which 1 from Cyprus, 1 from Albania, 3 from Armenia and 5 from Jordan.
