In particular, the competitions concern the following:

1. Supply of 25 Amphibious Single Engine Fire Fighting Aircraft for the island complexes. Budget: 154.8 million euros.

Tender subject: Supply of 25 amphibious single-engine (Turboprop) fixed-wing fire-fighting aircraft (“AMA”), of which 19 single-seat and 6 two-seat single-engine aircraft.

Flight and technical staff training services, support packages with literature provision, “On-site Field Service Representative (FSR)” services and additional support packages (Additional Provisioning List), which will concern 17,920 flight hours.

2. Purchase of 740 fire engines and other response vehicles for the Fire Department. Budget: 64.5 million euros.

Competition object:

Supply of a total of 740 fire engines and other response vehicles for the Fire Brigade and purchase of vehicles for the General Secretariat of Civil Protection, the regional-local centers of civil protection and voluntary organizations, such as water-borne fire-fighting vehicles, arm-borne vehicles, water-carrying water-carriers, rescue vehicles, etc. a.

3. Purchase of fire engines and other response vehicles for the fire brigade, the National Fire Brigade, regional and local civil protection centers and voluntary organizations (EQUIPMENT). Budget: 27 million euros.

Object of tender: Supply of fire extinguishers and other equipment for extinguishing, preventing and dealing with forest fires for the Fire Brigade, such as breathing apparatus, chemical protective suits, chain saws, circular saws, rescue air mattresses, fire blankets, fire protection approach suits, stretchers, etc.

Provision of training services to the staff and executives of the Fire Department in matters of maintenance, operation, correct use and repair of equipment.
