“Oliver’s abuse was caused by a human factor,” said Mrs. Kleoniki Tola, the veterinarian who examined Oliver.

Regarding the reports that want there to be a fight between the vets about whether Oliver suffered abuse, Mrs. Tola, speaking on the SKAI program “Dekatianoi”, explained that there is no disagreement with her colleagues in the public sector about the situation in which he was unlucky Oliver.

At the same time, he pointed out that there was no way the dog would survive. “It was human-made torture. No animal can do such acts,” he said characteristically.

As for the condition Oliver’s owner was in when she brought him to her clinic, Mrs. Tola said he was agitated and demanding that the culprits be found.

Also speaking on the show, the mayor of Distomo – Arachova – Antikyra, Yannis Stathas, in his turn argued that at this moment the priority is to find the person who did it.
“We are concerned about security at the moment,” he said, and asked anyone with information on the matter to come forward.

It is recalled that experienced officers from the Homicide Department have been in Arachova since yesterday to investigate the case.
