Prosecution for murder with possible malice against the owner of the three dogs, the prosecutor charged today the 37-year-old owner of the three dogs that devoured a 50-year-old in the garden of her house.

For this act he is asked to apologize to an investigator and until then he will remain in custody.

The case file against him includes testimonies, according to which the three large animals had also come out of the fence of the 37-year-old’s house in the past.

He maintained that the dogs were always under his supervision and that they were “friendly and trained”.

Specifically according to information from SKAIhe claimed that the dogs punched a hole in the side of the battlement wall and escaped without him noticing.

Specifically, he testified: “I am deeply devastated. I am deeply saddened by Elizabeth’s passing. In the yard of my house I have a two meter high fence. The door was closed. The dogs are sheepdogs very friendly, supervised and protected. They never got around freely and without me noticing they cut a small hole in the side in an inconspicuous spot low down 30cm in diameter which the police also noticed and escaped without me noticing. I couldn’t imagine that something like this could happen.”

In the meantime, the body of the 50-year-old mother of two children is expected to be examined by a medical examiner, while the animals were transferred to the competent Veterinary Service, where they will undergo tests.
