The payment of 2,047,479.92 euros was approved to 268 beneficiaries, who had applied for a subsidy, in the context of the second cycle of the “Moving Electric” action.

After the completion of the actions by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, the funds were allocated by the Ministry of Environment and Energy and will be credited to the beneficiaries on Tuesday 19 December 2023.

In total, subsidies have been paid in November and December amounting to 5 million euros to 1,870 beneficiaries.

The program continues and has already been extended until the end April 2024 for the submission of new applications. At the same time, modifications were made with the aim of optimally utilizing the available funds, which amount to a total of 65 million euros.

It is noted that to date, 23,162 applications of natural and legal persons have been submitted and are active in the action’s information system, of which 19,369 have been approved and 17,587 have been included in affiliation decisions.

Finally, on December 11, the 13th decision on the inclusion of applicants in this action was published in “Diavgeia”, with the number of the most recent approved applications reaching 2,189. Since September, 8,585 beneficiaries have been included in the program with corresponding decisions.
