Her funeral took place on the day she would have turned 20 years old and she would blow out the candles on the cake prepared by her friends
The last goodbye said relatives and friends yesterday Thursday (14/12) to 19-year-old Ayse who lost her life, after being run over by a car driven by a police officer, in Xanthi.
The funeral was even held on her birthday, the day she would have turned 20 years old, and she would blow out the candles on the cake prepared by her friends.
Instead of a celebration, however, relatives and friends of P. Zygos plunged into mourning. Inconsolable, her family still cannot believe what has happened.
They demand justice
Relatives and friends request that the case be fully clarified and that no shadow be left around the circumstances under which the tragic accident occurred.
In a related online call, the following are highlighted:
“Today we said the last goodbye to our little angel. Our pain is great. It is a day of mourning for us. There are no words to be able to describe what we feel. A warm request, anyone who knows anything to contact us so that the case can be clarified. May her soul rest in peace. Every piece of information is valuable to us.”
The policeman, who has been suspended, was charged with manslaughter.
