In ERT the 33-year-old’s lawyer spoke yesterday, pointing out that she does not accept causing any physical harm to another person, while separating her client’s position from the man who shot the three men from Crete in cold blood.

The 33-year-old’s lawyer reiterated that he did not know about the existence of a weapon “From the first moment he was honest and will remain so until the end”

It is noted that the 33-year-old has previously been charged with robbery, participation in a criminal organization, weapons law, and trafficking in illegal immigrants.

In 2010 in Thesprotia he participated in a drug trafficking ring and for this offense he was charged by the Court of First Instance of Thesprotia.

His criminal record records, among other things, attempted murder and grievous bodily harm in Athens in 2015, while in 2019 the man was charged with participation in a criminal organization, forgery and theft.

In fact, since 2019, when he was last arrested by the Security Directorate of Patras, he was out of prison with restrictive conditions, specifically that of appearing once a month at the local Security Department.
