Beautiful Sintra

The Portuguese restaurant offers a supper consisting of cover charge, starter, main course and dessert, for R$800. Chef Patricia Sampaio Bettencourt prepares recipes such as turkey and loin stuffed with alheira, a typical Portuguese sausage made with bread.

Famous for its fondues, the address offers dinner with classic Christmas dishes. Among them, roast turkey in orange sauce and lamb shank in red wine. With an Italian accent, the Christmas menu has four portions and costs R$520. To start, lobster mayonnaise with Mujol roe is served, followed by turkey thigh cannelloni with broccoli and truffle and turkey breast with peach palm risotto. Antipasti table, main dishes and desserts make up the supper at the restaurant, which opened this year at the Qoya hotel. The traditional French restaurant offers two menus on this occasion. The so-called celebration has four stages and costs R$380, and the festivite costs R$540, in six stages. Both have vegetarian and vegan options. The recipes include marinated scallop, smoked salmon with beetroot carpaccio, cod confit with pistachio crust, linguini with spinach pesto and lentil hummus.

Loup

Customers choose from a variety of options on the Christmas menu, from starters to dessert. In the main stage, you can try asparagus risotto with squid stuffed with shrimp farofa, cooked suckling pig shoulder with sweet potato puree, baked cod or yellow hake with Moroccan couscous.
