Accused of repeated rape of a minor and persistent abuse of a minor under the age of 14

A minor girl lived the absolute nightmare for at least 5 years in the hands of a 47-year-old Moroccan man in Colonoswho taking advantage of the friendly relationship she maintained with her mother, he abused her.
According to what has become known the 47-year-old was arrested last night after intensive searches by police officers of the Juvenile Protection Sub-Directorate in the case filed against him is accused of rape of a minor on a continuous basis and abuse of a minor in a state of neglect on a continuous basis under the age of 14.
Yet the 47-year-old is accused of committing the above criminal acts at least since 2017 and having the supervision of the minor.
In the transfer which is also a case file, it is mentioned characteristically “From 2017 until October 2023, that is from when the minor was at the age of 11 years until the age of 17 years, he repeatedly performed sexual acts against her, while in the last two years, that is from the year 2021 until October of the year 2023, he forced her in nature and unnatural intercourse, during the time he was under his supervision”.
