Chef Telma Shiraishi prepares traditional Japanese recipes to celebrate the arrival of the new year. The so-called osechi ryori is a selection of dishes presented in a box, which includes kuromame, a cooked black soybean, tazukuri (dried caramelized fish) and burdock cooked with sesame. There is the single box (R$680) and the one with three floors (R$1,480), for three people. It also serves ozoni, a mochi soup (glutinous rice cake) with shiitake, seaweed and other ingredients, consumed on the first day of the year to bring luck. It costs R$115 for three.

Cod, Wine & Co
The traditional restaurant, which celebrated its 50th anniversary, prepares festive cod, to be finished at home. It consists of cod fillet served on a bed of potatoes, accompanied by prawns, wrapped in a cream sauce and spinach gratin with parmesan, plus rice, pineapple and a portion of 12 dumplings. The meal serves six people and costs R$780 — there is a half-portion for R$440.

Bella Paulista
The bakery offers around 15 typical dishes for the date. Suggestions include main chester (R$ 229.80 per kg), filet mignon medallion with mushroom sauce (R$ 191.90 per kg) and roast lamb shank with green pepper sauce (R$ 290 per kg ), which can be served with lemon risotto with almonds (R$ 55.80) or rice with lentils and cashew nuts (R$ 38.90). Desserts such as hazelnut pavé (R$ 105) and walnut cake (R$ 110) complete the selection.

Dedicated to fresh pasta, the restaurant suggests recipes for the New Year such as zucchini, eggplant and pepper caponata (R$ 85; 500 g), heart of palm couscous (R$ 126; serves ten people) and cod salad (R$ 86; 50 g) to start. The main highlights are the turkey marinated in beer and cachaça, stuffed with bacon and carrot farofa, accompanied by peaches, caramelized onions (R$ 850; 5 kg) and the ravioli stuffed with cooked rib (R$ 160; 1 kg ). Cheesecake, tiramisu, cocada and chocolate mousse are the desserts.

Chef João Belezia prepares a menu with starters, pasta stuffed with your choice of sauce, meat, fish and desserts.
