This trend, of lifting restrictions and returning to normal life, is already being recorded throughout Europe, as was evident from yesterday’s joint conference of European Union Foreign and Health Ministers in Lyon.
According to information from “Kathimerini”, the prevailing view in all discussions was that the lifting of the measures is now imperative, with the health ministers of the member states moving in the same direction.
In the next period and until the end of February it is possible to see the first lifting of the restriction that will concern either the capacity in the shops or the seats. Well-informed sources say that it is not possible to see both lifts at the same time, but either one or the other.
At the beginning of March, however, it is not ruled out that no restrictions will apply. However, it must be taken for granted that the last measure that the government will take is the ban on carnival events this year as well.
