The process of submitting the applications of the successful candidates of the ASEP pan-Hellenic written competition, announcement 3GB/2023 for a total of 4,276 positions of permanent staff and staff with an employment relationship of Private Law Indefinite Time University Education in the State, started today.

Successful applicants must complete and submit an electronic application for participation in ASEP, with the required supporting documents attached, exclusively through its website (www.asep.gr > Online Services > Application) following the instructions provided in the Announcement (Chapter B and Appendix F).

The deadline for submitting electronic applications and supporting documents for participation ends on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 14:00, following the route: Electronic Services → Application.

ASEP points out that:

A. To pay a Prepaid Code:

The electronic submission of the application to ASEP it is completed when candidates select “Finalization” and only when the twenty-digit (20-digit) code of the fee is in “PAID” status, in order for it to be reserved by ASEP (APPENDIX F – MARKINGS).

The attention of the candidates is drawn to the payment of the same payment code as the one they indicate in their online application until it is submitted.

B. To complete the application:

In order to complete the completion and finalization process as soon as possible, candidates are advised to consult the email from 12/18/2023 and the sms from 12/19/2023 sent by ASEP and in particular:

  • 1. They have already processed the order of preference of the codes of the positions they wish to declare, so that they do not have to look for them in the announcement when they fill out the online application.
  • 2. To follow the instructions of the user manual for the registration of qualifications and supporting documents in the ASEP Electronic Register.

Finally, for the smooth operation of the system for submitting electronic applications and supporting documents, candidates are advised not to wait for the last day to submit their online application as any internet overload or connection error could lead to difficulty or inability to submit it. In addition, for the convenience of candidates, the number of visits per hour of the day to the ASEP Hub is presented in a graph (indicatively, the traffic for the months of November 2023 and 2022 is listed).
