The removal of Mr. Pleuris from the DSA was made by decision of the Secondary Disciplinary Council
Constantinos Plevris was definitively removed from the Athens Bar Association (DSA), after he -repeatedly- gave the Nazi salute in the courtroom where the Golden Dawn case was being tried.
The deletion of Mr. Pleuris from the DSA was made by a decision of the Secondary Disciplinary Council, which was taken under the chairmanship of the president of the Supreme Court, Ioanna Klapas-Christodouleas.
In particular, last March, by a unanimous decision of the 1st Department of the First Instance Disciplinary Council of the Athens Bar Association (chaired by Charalambos Symeonidis), Mr. Pleuris was removed from the country’s first scientific association for his Nazi salutes in the courtroom and while he was the advocate of Yannis Lagos.
The decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Council of the DSA was preceded by the relevant actions of the president of the Association Dimitris Vervesos, the coordinator of the Disciplinary Departments of the Athens Bar Association Marinettas Gounaris-Hatzisarantos and the president of the Disciplinary Councils of the DSA Zisi Konstantinou.
