Its Board of Directors ESIEA announces with great sadness the loss of her colleague Theodora Agouridou, who “passed away” on Wednesday (10/1) at the age of 63.

“Theodora Agouridou was born in Kavala in 1961, where she completed her high school studies. He then went to Paris and studied Philosophy of History. During her stay in France she collaborated with various journalistic publications as well as with foreign radio and television networks. After returning to Greece, he started working from 1987 as a journalist specializing in international issues in the newspaper “O Logos”.

Afterwards and always in the same reportage, he worked at the “MEGA” and “TEMPO” T/S, at the “PLANET” P/S, at the Press Office of the Greek Democratic Party of Greece. and in the newspapers “Ano Kato” and “Today in Greece”. Theodora Agouridou was a representative of journalists at the “TEMPO” T/S. He fought hard against the employer, who closed the station and left the workers unpaid. She herself suffered from long-term unemployment, despite being a competent and multilingual journalist until she ended up drawing a meager pension. Despite everything, she was dignified, friendly and happy and that’s how she will be remembered.

The Board of Directors of the Union bids farewell to Theodora Agouridou and deeply sympathizes with her family and especially her only son Lefteris.
