Investigations are continuing in the wider area of ​​Messolonghi in order to locate the 31-year-old from Messolonghi, who has been missing for the last ten days.

According to the website tempo24.news, developments in the case of the disappearance of the 31-year-old Babis are expected in the coming days, if not hours, as investigations are focused on specific areas.

According to information, groups of volunteers with trained dogs and a drone from Athens are also participating in the investigation.

Yesterday, Saturday, January 13, 2024, the search for the 31-year-old from Messolonghi continued underwater.

Specifically trained divers dived in the lagoon, but also in places that rescue forces cannot reach in order to find traces.

A private diver, at the behest of the family in cooperation with the authorities, investigated the swampy area near the airport as all the indications lead the authorities to this area.

“Certainly the weather conditions also play a role, but the area is such that it would be difficult again. It’s all mud and it’s getting very cloudy. We will continue the investigations”, said the diver, Tsiknias Ioannis.
