Amargot Bar

In the artisanal dairy section, there is the Mantiqueira colonial, with a creamy texture (R$ 12; 50 g), the Serra das Antas taleggio, with a full-bodied flavor (R$ 22; 50 g) and the granito, matured in Serra do Japi and mild flavor (R$ 20; 50 g), among others.

Clementine

In the new wine bar, customers can create their own cheese board and charcuterie items produced by small producers. But there are ready-made suggestions on the menu, such as the one that combines Porão and Dolce Bosco cheeses, made by the Atalaia and Capril do Bosque farms, and matured copa. They can also be ordered à la carte to taste with the cellar’s approximately 50 natural and organic wines.
