Kindergartens in all municipalities will operate normally.
Due to the strong frost prevailing in the region, some schools in Western Macedonia will remain closed while many will operate with reduced hours.
More specifically, on Tuesday, January 23, with the decisions of the Mayors of Florina and Prespa, Primary and Secondary schools will not operate, while in the municipality of Amyntaio, schools will operate after 10.00 a.m. All nurseries in the PE of Florina will operate normally.
In the PE of Kozani and more specifically in the municipalities of Eordaia and Velventou, schools will start at 10.00 a.m. In the municipalities of Kozani and Voiou, classes will start at 9.15 a.m.
Kindergartens in all municipalities will operate normally.
In the Municipality of Grevena, the Primary and Secondary Education units will start at 09:15 am, while the evening high schools will complete their schedule at 20:00. In the municipality of Deskatis of the PE of Grevena, classes will start at 9.00 a.m. All daycare centers will operate normally.
In the PE of Kastoria, the school units in the municipalities of Kastoria, Argos Orestikos and Nestorio will start at 10.00 am while the evening schools in Kastoria will finish their lessons at 21.00. All Kindergartens will operate normally.
