Arrested 23-year-old Roma, who is accused of severely beating his partner’s 4-year-old son, in Megara, was judged after his apology.
According to information, the accused, during his confession he denied everything, claiming that his partner is the one who raped her child and pointed to him as the perpetrator, for reasons of revenge.
The accused he was adjudged a temporary prisoner for the crimes of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm against the 4-year-old and his brother who was taken to the hospital with a broken arm, and dangerous bodily harm, regarding abusive acts against his partner.
The 23-year-old submitted a request to the investigator, in order for the other children in the family to testify as to who was abusing them.
The defendant’s plea was preceded by the examination as defense witnesses of his ex-wife, with whom he has four children, and the couple’s neighbor.
