The family of 21-year-old Rafaela Pitsikalis, who passed away on Wednesday after a hard battle with cancer, is devastated.

Rafaela’s sister, Maria, with a touching video of their moments says goodbye to her sister.

The young girl with words that break hearts expresses her her pride for the 21-year-old and thanks her.

“I hope one day my children look like you”she writes, among other things, in her post.
