According to what the ex-wife of the accused, who is facing charges of illegal domestic violence, domestic threat, insult to sexual dignity, insult during work and damage to someone else’s property, claimed in court, on Monday and at about 8.30 in the afternoon, she was at home with their child, when the 40-year-old entered the house and started to swears.

Within a short time, the accused moved towards her room and started throwing the clothes from the wardrobe and tearing them. Immediately after, as she claimed, he went to get her food, while she slappedthrew her down and threw it at her alcohol in the eye and mouth, threatening her at the same time that he will burn in front of the children and will kill her if she has sex with another man.

The 40-year-old, according to the victim, is obsessed with her, as since they broke up, he goes to her work, follows her and threatens her colleagues. As he mentioned, the defendant has many convictions for this reason, while she has issued against him and insurance measures.

The defendant, before the court, claimed that he entered her house with permission, while in the last few days, as his ex-wife has recently undergone an operation on her back, she has been asking him to serve her in various obligations, such as taking the child to doctor and at school. According to him, the claims of his ex-wife that he threatened her and used violence against her are not true.

Ultimately, the court found the defendant guilty of unlawful domestic violence, domestic threat, sexual indecency and defamation at work, while he was acquitted of the act of damaging another’s property, as it did not appear that he threw and tore the clothes from his ex-husband’s wardrobe .
