In particular, the defendant, at least since January 2023, maintained a profile on a social networking platform, using a pseudonym, in which he broadcast live abusive behaviors against people with mental retardation, for the purpose of his illegal financial gain.
In the legal searches carried out, 7 hard drives and 4 mobile phones were found and confiscated.
