The 22-year-old “Dinos”, who is accused of his involvement in the murder of 19-year-old Alkis, in the area of Charilaou, recently arrived at the Thessaloniki Courthouse.
The 12th alleged perpetrator will appear before the 7th regular interrogator from where he is expected to ask for a deadline to apologize in the coming days.
“Dinos” is the driver of the third car (gray Polo) that transported the group of perpetrators to the scene of the murder.
The 22-year-old is being prosecuted for joint murder with deceit, committed and in an attempt, in a row, as well as for possession of a weapon, as a knife was found in his vehicle.
According to a statement issued by the family of the 22-year-old alleged perpetrator, he is not an organized fan and did not participate in the incident. In fact, his family notes that he was constantly inside the car.
It is recalled that for the murder of 19-year-old Alkis, 11 people apologized and were sentenced to pre-trial detention.
At the same time, the lawyer of Alkis’s family was asked to lift the secrecy of the perpetrators, while on Friday the recognition of the perpetrators by Alkis’s company will take place at GADTH.
