The Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Georgia Adelini, requests from the director of the Athens First Instance Prosecutor’s Office, Antonis Eleftherianos, to investigate and inform her within the day about the validity of a complaint through the press, in which it is mentioned that a 19-year-old trafficking victim is on trial on the charge of being illegally extradited remuneration, while during the time when the crime was allegedly committed she herself was a prisoner of the promoting police officer, who extradited and abused her.

Due to the sensitive nature of the above case, please, on the one hand, investigate the merits of the complaint and inform us immediately, i.e. within today, and on the other hand, in an affirmative case, take the necessary actions in order to inform the competent Court of 26/2/2024″.
