Meeting of the delegation of its presidency Association of Judges and Prosecutors (EDE) with the Deputy Minister of Justice Ioannis Bougas, took place at the Ministry of Justice, on the subject of the presentation of the Unification plan of the first degree of jurisdiction of the political Justice.

During the meeting, which was held at the request of the EDE, a detailed presentation of the proposals of the plan was made and “an extensive discussion followed in order to find the best solutions, which will ensure the continuous professional development and salary situation of all the colleagues of the first degree, presidents of first instance courts , courts of first instance and justices of the peace”, according to the announcement.

As stated in the announcement, the EDE “acting promptly, as early as January, when the will of the executive power for the consolidation of the first degree of jurisdiction of the civil justice was officially announced, took and continues to take all the necessary statutory actions, so that in terms equality and law, every reform effort in its most important pillar Rule of Law, Justiceto benefit the citizens”.
