The ASS considered 102 Brigadier-Generals of Weapons to be preserved and 37 Brigadier-Generals of Weapons, 3 Brigadier-Generals of Weapons, who are going through the last stage of their development and turn 35 years old and 2 Corps Brigadier-Generals who are occupied by the age limit in their rank, as successfully ending their careers.

Furthermore, the ASS considered 21 Brigadier-Generals of Arms and 5 Brigadier-Generals of Corps to be eligible for election and 7 Brigadier-Generals of Arms to be preserved.

c. Colonels (Corps of Arms)

The ASS considered 101 Colonels of Arms to be preserved, 6 Colonels of Arms who are passing through the last stage of their development and 61 Colonels of Arms as successfully ending their careers.

Also, the ASS considered 41 Colonels of Weapons outside of organic positions as retainable, 2 Colonels of Weapons outside of organic positions as non-retainable, 2 Colonels of the Air Force of the Army of special permanence of Weapons and as successfully terminated 1 Colonel of Weapons outside of organic positions, who is occupied by the age limit in the rank of and 1 Colonel of Arms who is in his final stage of evolution.

The ASS considered 55 Colonels of Arms eligible for election, 32 Colonels of Arms retained in this rank and 1 Colonel of Arms as successfully ending their career.

The ASS considered 249 Corps Colonels to be preserved and 49 Corps Colonels as successfully ending their careers as well as 6 Corps Colonels, who are occupied by the age limit in their rank, as well as 4 Corps Colonels outside of organic positions, who are occupied by the age limit in their grade.

It also considered 8 non-organizational Corps Colonels to be retained, 2 Corps Colonels who are passing through the last stage of their development and 3 Corps Colonels who are passing through the last stage of their development as successfully ending their careers.

Finally, the ASS declared 17 Corps Colonels as acting officers by election and 5 Corps Colonels retained in this rank.
