Monitoring and management of arrears will not require separate certification or connection per debtor register.
A new digital step of e-EFKA completed today with the new upgraded environment of the electronic services of the Insurance Debt Collection Center (KEAO)which was put into operation, facilitating debtors’ transactions with the institution.
As part of the immediate and efficient service of debtors, the procedures are simplified.
Henceforth, the monitoring and management of overdue debts will not require separate certification or connection per debtor register.
As e-EFKA states in its announcement, the connection to the electronic services of the KEAO is carried out with the personal TaxisNet codes of the debtor, through the organization’s website https://www.efka.gov.gr/el/elektronikes-yperesies/ elektronikes-yperesies-keao, following the path: Menu > Electronic Services > Keao Electronic Services.
In the new environment, the debtor is now provided with the possibility of accessing a unified view of all his registers from a single point, regardless of the body of origin of the debt (IKA-ETAM, OAEE, OGA, TSMEDE, now e – EFKA etc).
Debtors who were previously certified in the online services of the KEAO can use the codes they already have.
It is clarified that, in the new upgraded environment of KEAO’s electronic services, each debtor can only monitor and manage overdue debts, which are confirmed in his Tax Registration Number (A.F.M.) and not any of his debts, confirmed to A.F.M. of a third party, for which he is jointly liable by law (e.g. debts of managers and partners of legal entities).
