Juicy and spicy noodles with simple ingredients, with roasted chopped broccoli and a honey egg
If you are tired of ragout pappardelle then try the following recipe with simple ingredients.
What you will need:
- 500 gr. pappardelle
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon chili
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1/2 cup reserved cooking water
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried chili or bukovo
- 1 broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
How to make it:
- Broccoli: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20-25 minutes until soft and cooked through.
- Eggs: Let the eggs rest in cold water for about 5 minutes after they are done.
- Pasta: Cook the pappardelle according to package directions.
- Sauce: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic. Cook until soft. Add the honey, chili and miso. Add the reserved pasta water and let it simmer. Add the pasta and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce coats the pasta.
Serve with the chopped broccoli and egg over the pasta, with an extra dash of chili.
