The exemption of the 55-year-old Elias Miho for rape and pimping for the case of the 12-year-old in Colonos that has shocked public opinion suggested the prosecutor of the seat that buys in the trial which is held behind closed doors.

According to reports the public prosecutor suggested that Ilias Michos be declared guilty for a series of other offenses related to the sexual abuse and sexual extradition of the minor.
In particular, the prosecutor the trial of which continues proposed that the main accused be acquitted of the charges of:

  • rape,
  • pimping in brothels, and
  • forced pimping with prostitution proceeds.

On the contrary, his conviction was sought for:

  • aggravated abuse of a minor under the age of 14 by a person who had the minor’s trust,
  • gun ownership (he had about two guns),
  • possession of pornographic material with a minor under the age of 12, but without coercion and speculation, and
  • facilitating the minor to be extradited.

Due to the trial being held behind closed doors, it is not yet known what the prosecutor based his motion for acquittal on. and where about the guilt of the main accused.

However the offer of acquittal for the rape of the minor is sensational as the girl was only 12 years old.

He asked for mother’s guilt

For of the guilt of the mother of the 12-year-old girl in Colonos, the prosecutor of the seat was indicted.

Especially according to the prosecutor’s proposal the mother of the minor should be found guilty of distinguished case of pornographyas she is alleged to have distributed material of the minor to her co-accused in the distinguished case of pimping, with the aggravating circumstance that she herself is the person who has custody and care of the minor.

According to the information, the prosecutor pointed out that her crime pimping, takes the form of extrusion and facilitation through unbearable pressures, emotional blackmail and exhortations to her minor daughter to be extradited to bring her money but also through information systems in the form of unbearable pressures and exhortations for the minor to produce videos and photos in order to bring her money.

Furthermore, the prosecutor requested that the minor’s mother be found guilty of misdemeanor extortion at the expense of his ex-wife Ilias Michos.
