A series of lectures on the healthy lifestyle model of grandparents in Crete was presented at the well-known university

Dimitris Kalaitzidakis, operations director of the Grecotel hotel group (Grecotel Operations Director), having received an official invitation from the famous University, completed a series of lectures presenting the model of the healthy lifestyle of our grandparents in Crete. Grecotel “laid” the table at the university in question, since along with Mr. Kalaitzidakis, the chef of the Amirandes hotel, Vangelis Fronimakis, was also a guest.
It should be emphasized that executives from the said university had “attended” Grecotel’s scientific conferences in Rethymno. “Yale Hospitality, after the participation of their two high-ranking executives in the two international scientific experiential conferences of the Hellenic Center of Excellence for Health and Wellness held at the Grecotel hotels in Rethymnon on the 22nd and 23rd, chose Grecotel as a strategic partner to train the its executives”, said Mr. Kalaitzidakis to APE-MPE.
It all started when Grecotel implemented the Center of Excellence for Health and Wellness created with the participation of leading scientists worldwide. The Center aims to promote the values ​​of Greek culture, spearheading the Mediterranean Diet based on the Cretan Diet, which has been proven for decades internationally as the healthiest way of life (7 Countries Study).
This year the 3rd Conference of the Center of Excellence, organized by Grecotel will take place from October 29th to November 2nd at the Amirandes Hotel.
