Free, without the imposition of a restrictive condition and monetary guarantee, he was released after his plea to European Investigator accused of the case of non-completion thereof contract 717 of ERGOSE for the reduction and upgrade of traffic management systems in the railway network.
The accused, according to information, is one of its four executives Hellenic Administrative Authority of the Operational Program for Transport Infrastructure, Environment and Sustainable Development (EYD/EP-YMEPERAA), to whom the European Public Prosecutor attributes the accusation of infidelity.
