Polyclinic (private clinic) in Attica was conducting hair transplant with personnel who were not related to the object.

This finding was made by a team of inspectors-auditors of the National Transparency Authority (NDA) who carried out an on-site inspection after anonymous complaint.

In the dermatology clinic, in particular, hair transplants were performed by unskilled personnelin derogation of relevant Decisions of the Central Health Council (KeSY)

The same clinic was operating without the presence of the scientifically responsible dermatologist and venereologist in derogation of the Certificate of Operation of a Private Dermatology-Venoretology Clinic from the Medical Association of Athens, in which it is stated that the scientific officer should be present throughout the operation of the organization and in case of his absence the dermatology-venerology clinic will not operate.

The scientifically responsible dermatologist-venerologist worked for the company on a part-time basis.

Moreover, the nursing services provided employee who he did not have a license to practice his profession.

The audit report was forwarded to the Athens Medical Association in order to exercise its legal administrative and disciplinary powers, as well as to the Athens Appeals Prosecutor for the criminal evaluation of those involved in it.
